1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website at bisolution.in or requesting consultation services from BI Solution, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Consulting & Advisory Scope
BI Solution provides Business Intelligence implementation, custom dashboard development (Power BI), Tally/ERP integration pipelines, and team training. Specific deliverables, project milestones, and service level agreements (SLAs) are governed by individual client proposals and work orders.
3. Free 15-Minute Demo Terms
The free 15–20 minute demonstration is offered to prospective enterprise and SME clients on a no-obligation basis. BI Solution reserves the right to qualify demo eligibility based on business relevance and capacity.
4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific consulting agreement, custom dashboards, data models, and scripts built for a specific client become the proprietary property of that client upon final payment settlement.
5. Third-Party Software & Licenses
Microsoft Power BI, TallyPrime, Tally ERP 9, SQL Server, and other mentioned software trademarks belong to their respective owners. Clients are responsible for maintaining valid user licenses for their respective software systems.
6. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, India.
